All wine packages are shipped via FedEx and by special request, UPS . Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and prepare shipment. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from FedEx with tracking information and delivery timeline. While the wine is in transit, please contact FedEx directly if you need to change delivery address or arrange for a pickup at a FedEx location instead of the original delivery address.
Rocca Family Vineyards is not licensed to ship DIRECT to the following states: AL, CT, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, ND, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, VT, WV, WY.
Wine orders to these states will be sent via third-party shipper, where the possession of wine takes place in California, with local sales tax applied. Shipping will be billed separately by our third-party shipper and delivered via UPS.
States that prohibit all shipment of wine include: AR, DE, MS, RI, UT.
Please understand that an adult aged 21 or older must be present to accept and sign for deliveries of alcohol. We strongly suggest shipping to a business address where an adult will be available to receive the wine shipment. Three wine delivery attempts will be made and if unsuccessful, returned to Rocca Family Vineyards. Rocca will retain original shipping charges and you will be charged new shipping fees for the re-ship of your order.
Rocca Family Vineyards will hold wine shipments during periods of inclement weather and will contact you to inform you of a revised shipping date.
We strive to provide our guests with the highest quality wines and service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days of the date of your order for any of the following reasons, and we will replace or refund your purchase:
- If your wine is corked, please save the bottle and cork to send back to us.
- If your wine has been damaged in transit including the wine itself and/or the packaging of the wine.
- If you received a wine that is different than the wine you ordered.

We cannot accept returns for the following reasons: wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines were in your care.
